The delivered arrangement looked just like the photo on the website! I have been using this florist for several years and I live out of state, but the recipients always send me a photo of what they received, so I know this florist gets it right. There was one time in the past that I had a complaint.....but their customer service is excellent, and they resolved the issue to meet my expectations. Thank you to them for making this a beautiful Mother's Day surprise!
